F.2. Monthly / Seasonal Passes Rates
These rates are under Provision S 18 & S 19 Road Transportation Act 1987 Road and Traffic Order ( Kota Tinggi District Council).
1. Monthly Pass Rate : Charges must not exceed RM75 per month.
2. Seasonal Parking Lot: Charges must not exceed RM100 per month.
Reminder – Parking will charged between 8 am to 6 pm daily except Sundays and Public Holidays.
F.3 Charges for Failure To Provide Parking Lots
Any developments including high density housing, businesses or others for commercial purposes which fail to provide Car Park Facilities as required by Kota Tinggi Town Local Plan must be charged due to reasons of failure to provide car parking lots to be paid to the Kota Tinggi District Council with charges of (Three Thousand Ringgit) for each Car Parking Lot failed to be provided within Kota Tinggi Town area and a charge of (One Thousand Ringgit) for other areas under the Administration of Kota Tinggi District Council.
