The Public Sector Conducive Ecosystem (EKSA) or EKSA was introduced from January 2014 as a rebranding initiative of the Public Sector 5S Practice by MAMPU taking into account the need to highlight a quality and conducive work environment so that it is more relevant to public sector departments / agencies. This re-branding step is thought to be appropriate and in line with the current changes and wishes to improve the performance and competitiveness of the organization in addition to invigorating the creative and innovative culture among the people of the Kota Tinggi District Council.
The main component in the implementation of EKSA is still based on the improved 5S Practice in addition to the addition of some new elements. EKSA does not aim to replace the 5S concept practiced before, but rather to improve the 5S elements by supporting the creation of a more conducive work environment. 5S practices are improved by adding five new elements, namely :

● Green Practices;
● Conducive Environment; and
● Diversity of Agencies
